Earlier this week, Fairsy spoke with Craig Mathison, a judge in the Ixom 2017 Best Tap Water in Australia Competition, as he was on his way to put Tassie’s water to the test.

In a blind taste test approach, similar to wine tasting, the water from the Fenton plant has officially been awarded Tassie’s best.

This morning, Craig joins Fairsy to discuss Fenton’s success which will see them represent Tasmania at the national competition later in the year.
