The Suicide Squad are back and set to redeem the poor outing of the first film in 2016.
Returning to their roles are Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang and Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag.
Joining the squad are a bunch of new Super-Villains including one character who is (as the trailer says) famous for putting Superman in the ICU: Bloodsport who is played by Idris Elba.
He'll be joined on screen by Savant (Michael Rooker), Javelin (Flula Borg), Polka-Dot Man (David Dastmalchian), Ratcatcher (Daniela Melchior), King Shark (Sylvester Stallone), Peacemaker (John Cena), The Thinker (Peter Capaldi), Blackguard (Pete Davidson), T.D.K. (Nathan Fillion), Weasel (Sean Gunn), Mongal (Mayling Ng).
That's a star-studded lineup, but with a name like "The Suicide Squad," something tells us they won't all make it to the end of the film.
The Suicide Squad opens in Australia on August the 5th 2021.
