Sea eagle slaughter

The shooting of a white-bellied sea eagle found at the Gagebrook Wetland Reserve is being investigated in Hobart's northern suburbs.

It was full of shotgun pellets and it was eventually put out of its misery. 

Wildlife Enforcement Officers are liasing with Tasmania Police to see if they can track down the shooter who could potentially face five years jail.
