We finally have our first glimpse of the highly anticipated Aussie version of The Office, just weeks before its official debut!

This fresh take on the beloved series, inspired by the iconic UK original and its US adaptation, stars the talented Felicity Ward as Hannah Howard, the charming yet hilariously incompetent managing director of the fictional Sydney-based packaging company, Flinley Craddick.

What’s even more exciting? As Felicity steps into a role that was first made famous by comedy legend Ricky Gervais and later by American superstar Steve Carell, she is the first woman to take on this iconic lead character across 13 remakes!

The Australian series dives into Hannah’s well-meaning but wildly unorthodox strategies as she goes into survival mode, trying to keep her “work family” intact after discovering that Head Office plans to close the branch in favour of a work-from-home policy.

Her employees must endure her outrageous schemes while striving to meet seemingly impossible targets.

Joining Felicity in the cast are Josh Thomson as the Head of HR, Edith Poor as the quirky receptionist, Steen Raskopoulos and Shari Sebbens as sales representatives Nick and Greta, Jonny Brush as IT head Lloyd Kneath, and many more wacky characters including Susan Ling Young, Raj Labade, Lucy Schmidt, and Zoe Terakes, each bringing their unique flair to the mix.

The Office Australia will also feature special guest appearances from comedy favorites Susie Youssef, Justin Rosniiak, Carlo Ritchie, Rick Donald, and Chris Bunton.

Mark your calendars because this exciting new series premieres on Prime Video on October 18.
